TEAM FREELETICS GOALS at HYROX Osaka – Event Report

Here is a recap of HYROX Osaka held from February 30 to March 1, 2025, where TEAM FREELETICS GOALS took part!

The venue was INTEX Osaka, divided into two large halls. The course had you run four laps, then move to the other hall to complete each workout station.

The run distance felt like around 1,200 m per lap – it was tougher than expected haha.

The start production was really cool and it instantly boosted our motivation.

The wall balls were counted by sensors, so you could see the rep count in real time while moving – it made it much easier to keep track.
